4. SMS and text messaging

How to opt out. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also opt out by emailing us at support@nexur.cc or telling us directly in any conversation. We honor opt-out requests received through any reasonable means, and we process them immediately. After you opt out, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.

Carrier disclaimer. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile data sharing — important. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with:

Service providers who help us operate our business (hosting, scheduling, CRM, messaging infrastructure, payment processing, analytics). These providers may only use the information to perform services for us.
Legal authorities, when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. You will be notified if this occurs.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are excluded from all sharing except with subcontractors providing support services, as stated in Section 4.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Records of SMS consent and opt-out requests are retained for at least four years, as required for compliance purposes.
